The one that gets me is when we call out someone's drink 6 times, and then they come to ask and complain they didn't hear us because they had headphones and were looking at their phone.

yep all the time. or when the cafe is super busy & there’s no way to know if someone has a cafe or mobile order. like,,,you have to fucking tell us

i usually coax it out of them, but sometimes i wait as long as possible and pretend i don’t see them. i don’t don’t have enough brain cells to spare them and walk them through how to do things that require the absolute bare minimum of common sense

the app also tells them to inform us when they get to the store 🙃 yet they still stand there aimlessly or pass the order box and show up at our window

i think there’s confusion bc some stores set them out on the handing plane for people to just grab. we don’t do that because of covid. i wish there was more consistency between stores
