How can I become / get full time hours at one store? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Getting irritated of working at one store, signing out and then going towards another store just to sign back in and be missing pay :/
Is there a way I can officially work at my ONE store to avoid this? My manager be telling me "There's no way he can get me extra hours" or "That it's unfair for the other partners" BUT when somebody decides to call out and no show, guess who decides to call for the coverage? ME!

The only person guaranteed 40 hours is the sm.

My SM has several partners working full time hours and all we did was ask? Wait for someone to quit/get fired I guess and just ask for full time then.

yeah, this sucks. i know i missed some pay on my last check.
