My team got a message from our “manager” (interim manager dual managing stores while we find a new one)
She spoke about getting our shifts covered and covering shifts. She stated we must -go through her -tell her why -tell her who And if we want to post in the district Facebook group for getting shifts covered -tell her beforehand
I understand going through her (she originally put that on a shift supervisor) but telling her why and asking for permission to post your shift on Facebook seems extra? Is this just me? What are peoples thoughts lmao
