I've been here coming up on 9 years now. Sometimes I put whip on a drink by mistake. I use the wrong milk. I give someone cold brew when they asked for iced coffee. Usually I realize it before I hand it off, but not always.
Mistakes will always happen because you're a human, and that's okay. Fix them and move on.. My only advice to you is that if you're drowning on bar and no one has noticed, say something. Don't just let yourself drown. I can bar solo to a higher volume than most, but 10 drinks dropping at once is a 2-person job. If your DT person is consistently waiting on you, you could use help. You'll learn much better when you aren't panicked.

Absolutely normal. Everyone makes mistakes, and we all use each other as a support system rather than to compare each other. As a bean of only two weeks, you are going to make more mistakes than someone whose been there six months, or even three months. It really is just something that comes with time and practice and that’s all it is.
I promise that your partners are not as annoyed at you as you might think—they’re probably coming off as slightly aggravated bc they’re actually aggravated by the way that the customer is treating you, and not by what you’re doing. I’m a trainer and any time one of my green beans make a mistake or has to respond to a customer’s question, I get on edge because I might worry that the bean either won’t know how to handle the situation or will need backup if the customer is being an asshole so I might need to jump in to help them and that’s totally normal.
I’m sure your coworkers know you’re doing your absolute best and trust me, we’ve seen so many new hires that we know what to expect with them (common mistakes, tricky recipes, etc) so don’t even sweat it.
