Not at a corporate store. You’ve almost certainly been coded in the system as ineligible for rehire. Try a licensed store.

I think it depends on the manager at the store you’re trying to get rehired at. Speaking from personal experience I was fired about 4 years ago and was recently rehired at a different store.
Edit: I will say the manager at my old store was notoriously known throughput starbucks in my city for being bat shit crazy. She fired and/or ran off a lot of partners for no reason. The DM that protected her was fired as well.

It’s completely at that Store Manager’s discretion. We have partners at our store that have been fired and rehired at corporate locations.
