Love the new recipe card with the lite ice/no ice changes. BUT...the customers are hip to this fast. Now I'm getting orders "Pink Drink, lite ice, extra coconut milk extra juice and extra berries".
It's my opinion that the BUX has created these Karens and Kevins!

We’re a licensed store and received a new recipe card for light ice—no ice. I love it and cannot wait for the customer that orders 2 trenta pink drinks, no berries, no ice to come in!!!😈

Wasn't that what the new card shows? If it's lite ice it shows where to pour the base and water/coconut milk to so the cup is still full. Same if it's no ice. So really the customer is just saying more words than necessary. Unless there's a new new card I haven't seen yet 🤷

we have a new card that actually says to make the standard drink and add water halfway up the fill ice line with water for lite ice or all water for no ice.
