Lyra is Fine. not terrific. but Fine. really what id recommend (especially of you're planning on staying long term) is getting eligible for Starbucks insurance & getting a list of therapists/clinics in your area that take whatever insurance plan you go with.

Please use the Lyra credits! Even if you don’t think you need therapy, it’s free and you might learn something about yourself! It’s a great way to reflect and get emotions out that you can’t express to people you actually know. Everything you need is on the hub. You can even meet with your therapist over the phone if you want, they are very flexible! Most therapists are doing video calls or phone calls right now since the pandemic.

It’s okay, meh. The therapist I had told me Lyra was all CBT, and it ended up being somewhat “robotic “. IMO

When I tried to sign up for Lyra they told me there wasn't anything available in my area and someone would reach out. No one has, several weeks later.

Same. It took a lot for me to reach out and nothing

If you're talking about Lyra, I did everything online! Once you set your account up, you can reach out to therapists you think you will click with via email so it was easy.
