so there’s this woman that always come to our drive thru and orders a hot grande caramel macchiato with caramel drizzle in a cup on the side. that’s not the problem. the problem is she gets FURIOUS if you accidentally put the caramel drizzle on top of the CARAMEL macchiato. so after that first fit she had I made sure to remember. but she even complains about the “heftiness” of the drizzle cup. like she is so high maintenance. also I had a married couple today SCREAM at me at the window bc they got a hot drink and asked for a straw and I had never had someone ask for that (only been working at my store for a month) and so I said “idk if we are allowed to give straws for hot drinks.” in hindsight I probably should have just given it to them bc they might have wanted to use it for something else. but after I said that, in unison, they screamed “WE ALWAYS GET STRAWS FOR OUR HOT DRINKS. THEY ALWAYS GIVE US ONE!!!” Like so intense and aggressive. I was just like “okay I’m sorry!” and handed him the straw. also later in the day I had a girl order an iced london fog latte with cold foam on top and she literally made us DELIVER it to car. ugh i hate my life
