** Side note: Since coming back to Starbucks, I’m realizing how many people have no idea that mocha is chocolate. These people have no idea what they’re even ordering. I had some ask me for a “white drink” and I was so confused and they were like “You know, like a white mocha but without the mocha” and I was like...yea that’s milk

Me: “.... Are you sure? You want foamy hot chocolatey drink?”

The mocha thing! The amount of times I've had people confused is ridiculous.

"So.... like, a latte with whipped cream?"

1. No. Get rid of VBH, fuck CLR (sorry, cool lime was disgusting), bring back VALENCIA!!!

2. No heckin way, raspberry is fantastic. But also a massive +1 to bringing mango and peach back.

3. can't comment on Guava, haven't had it yet!

4. I honestly don't know why anybody would even *want* a layered frap. But I'm also a whipped cream-hating heathen so...

5. Fuck spark fraps. That is all.

I'm also in agreement for preventing some of the really weird, massively over-customised drinks, but I wonder how exactly that would be implemented. I thought briefly about a limit where you can't *take away* from a base drink, only add to it, but I worry that something like that would lead to over-complicating other drinks. Hmm.

Also - get rid of cold foam, bring back smoothies. Not the shitty weird cold brew ones, the REAL ones.

Can anyone explain to me why people dislike the VBH so much? I’ve had it and it tastes nice, not as good as MDR or SAR, but it’s better than the KSF one anyways in my opinion

the violet drink absolutely slaps in my opinion so i can’t get on board with the first one....but i’m totally down for getting rid of the KSF refresher and bringing back literally anything else that’s ever existed bc the KSF is just gross. definitely in favor of bringing back mango and peach, but i vote to keep raspberry bc it’s so good in black tea. 100% agree with 3, 5, and 6. but as for 4...i actually like making the MCC and CRC if it’s not too busy. sincerely, 291**** who was a long-time customer before becoming a partner and just really misses the mango black tea lemonade

Does anyone remember the melon syrup from like literally a million years ago? So good in the black tea!! Also yeah CLR or Valencia Orange they both slapped and VBH is meh. Is it weird that I liked the raspberry more when it was red? I know it was just coloring but still...

lots of people like the VBH refresher, guava, and raspberry, and layered fraps aren’t a big deal at all. they’re maybe a tiny bit inconvenient, but the .2 seconds that i spend putting whip at the bottom of a cup change literally nothing. wanting old flavors back is valid, but literally none of this is anti-employee.

288**** here so I wasn't around for them, but a few of the partners at my store who have been around longer talk about the Valencia Orange refresher and I would love to try that (along with the Cool Lime one!)

I'm cool with the layered drinks that we have recipe cards for but when people want to customize their own layered frapp or want an ombre refresher that's when I judge people. Also I really hope we don't get rid of guava any time soon. At least not until I find other non coffee drinks I like other than the peach green tea Lemonade

they need to get rid of KSF at the very least. and please, for the love of god, bring back the chicken artichoke panini. my entire store falls into a deep

I love and hate making layers frapps lol. It depends on the day. If I’m chugging along on hot bar and then get one odd ticket for a frapp I don’t think I’d like any frap at that moment.

I had a lady argue me one day that “white mocha” and “white chocolate mocha” taste different. I told her it’s just us shortening the name, but it’s the same drink.

To be fair, Starbucks discontinued spark frappucinos a while ago. I think the last one was the tie dye in summer 2019.

Personally, I disliked the CLR, I'd prefer if they brought back the Valencia Orange Refresher, the blueberry juice, and the sangria syrup. And the Chili Mocha.

I know there are many people who enjoy it, but I dread toffee nut in any drink because the smell is so distinct and strong that it makes me sick

But... I love the vbr imagine it mixed with the clr uggghhhhh.

I agree with them all except the first. CLR is trash and I'll be very sad to see VBH go
