Am I reading this wrong or it this really hard to understand?

I think it’s a bit confusing how they did this. For light ice I would use the measurements for the next size up until the ice. For Trenta, it’s still eyeballing it.

I love that they finally clarified on this! I used to get so frustrated when my baristas wouldn’t add any more base for no ice. I would try to explain they need to keep the same ratio for consistency for the customers.
