Soooo YESTERDAY we had a customer come through our drive thru and ask for a Mango Dragon Fruit refresher with 3 pumps raspberry and 3 pumps of pineapple ginger. (Simple) Before she even tasted the drink she looks at them and says “These are made all wrong like you guys didn’t even try.” Of course were all confused because we shook them and everything made completely by standard. She then proceeds to drive around and come inside. Me being in the process of transferring from barista to shift lead I gladly took on the problem. LONG STORY SHORT she watched a video from tiktok and a girl got strawberries in her refresher instead of the regular dragon fruit which made the drink a pink or peach color instead of the regular purple. She then proceeded to say the drinks were made wrong again after we remade them 😡
