I just called out today cause I’m not feeling well and I’m not going to risk getting worse at work, but the thing that absolutely pisses me off is that I have to find coverage. I feel like shit. I just want to rest all day and not stress about work. I mean like wtf.

I'm sorry they are trying to make you find coverage. It is actually not your responsibility to find coverage for yourself when you call out. It is the on duty shift and or managers job.
