I like working at Starbucks’s but over the last 3 months I feel like we are not supported and customers are rude. I’m tired of this job and I’m sad because I actually liked this job in the beginning.

this is seemingly a common theme for this entire community of baristas :( i hate that i feel the same way as well. hopefully we can get through it ❤️

I agree. I’ve been here for a few months too, the work is great, but the people really make our break it.

I’ve been working here over two years, and it’s honestly the good regulars who have kept me sane. The rude ones, I try to not let bother me. Today was hell, but most of the time, the good will always outweigh the bad, if you’ll let it.
