Are you melting the ice? You’re not super clear. If you are, I have a method.
Method: if your sanitizer hose reaches in, set it all the way to hot, and hold a flat spoon in front of the hole to widen the spray.

No, not melting it. I was doing the monthly cleaning on the ice machine. I was scooping all the ice out when I took this pic. We don't have a hose that reaches our machine. Our store concept is brand new which is 1 of 4 in it's existence.....a Mobile Order & Pay unit. Super small....no merch, no seating, no condiment bar, no 1lb bags for sale....just order on the app, come in and check the status board to see if your order is ready (or the alert on your phone) and go. Pretty cool set up
