So our poq just got announced and I’m really happy for the person who got it but I’m also really bummed I didn’t get it. I’m always picking up shifts I never call out and I always go above and beyond to make sure everything gets done. I’ve worked my butt off while this person hasn’t done much. They always call out and never do anything when they are on the clock. I know I should be happy for them but I’m really bummed and wonder if no one even notices what I do anymore.

As a person who was bullied heavily as a child, I hate shit like this. It’s just another way for people who may be struggling to feel inadequate.
