how do you calculate sick hours? (self.starbucksbaristas)

just wondering! cause about two months ago i checked and had 40 hours of sick time. today i checked and i have 45, and i've only used it once for an 8 hour shift.
seems really low to me but i don't remember what the hours are.

It’s like 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
