I was offered a position at another store and that SM hopes I can start in 2 to 3 weeks. How do I tell my SM that I want to start my transfer paperwork? For context I am the primary closing SSV and I close 5 nights a week while the other SSV only closes on my nights off. I am nervous to tell my SM because what if she tries to delay my transfer, or begs me to stay? Things are capital B BAD at my store right now as far as staffing and when I leave it will massively screw my store up and they may have to close in the afternoons. But I am burnt out and exhausted and absolutely done with that lawless hellscape and im ready to pursue this new opportunity.

I have already been in contact with my DM and she knows I want to transfer and she said she would do what she could to help me along.
