I reported bullying then started getting retaliating write ups. I’ve been through this a few times in my career.

I’m posting this to teach others how to navigate it, professionally. Ethics complaint was filed about two weeks ago, by the way. I was humiliated in front of another SM in my district when I specifically requested my DM present. I have this on tape requesting my DM not another SM. I recorded it.

It is textbook.
If there ever was a lack of candor from my leadership, today was the epitome.
I got a thirty day action plan. Followed this exact video.

Update: FINALLY spoke to my DM! And Ethics walked me how to talk to her about this and I was SO NERVOUS, but she’s trying to help me transfer! 😆🙌🏼 I was so scared my SM preemptively got in front of this and in my DMs ear first. So happy this might work! I wanna be so good at this job and actually learn and grow!
