First, almost no one knows how to make fraps properly. Some baristas do but its pretty rare because there are so many. Most people get them “just right enough” that a customer is content. The secret with fraps is we only have like 8 or so and every other one is just a modification of one of those 8. For example Java chip is a core frap. Take coffee away and you have a dcc frap. Add whip and oreo toping to top and bottom you get a mocha cookie crumble, take away the coffee you get chocolate cookie crumble. Vanilla bean is a core, add coffee you get a cafe vanilla. Remembering simple rules like Java chips = 100% gets mocha drizzle is good to note too. Fraps just take time to learn properly and if they aren’t addressed in training properly that makes it difficult.
Next in terms of helping you on reg, during busy times don’t expect to be trained, its just not an optimal time. Instead ask for help later after the rush. Most likely that person will be more than willing to help you learn what you didnt know/where something was, but peak is a terrible time tbh.
