Because you only get a splash of almond milk, maybe ask the baristas for it on the side when you arrive for pickup? That way you can make sure it’s of an ok-quality before you add it and the baristas don’t have to remake your drink.

I think many partners don’t drink almond (or coconut) milk and don’t really know that separated milk tastes like butt, they think it’s just thinner.

That said, I try to shake all the plant milks before peak. I don’t bar during peak, but I’ve also been that person that got Almond Milk water in a drink and I don’t want anyone to deal with that.

Pretty sure coconut and almond milk are supposed to be shaken because it all settles. Doesn’t it even say that on the containers?

I always shake the alt milks and I get so frustrated with them. The cartons are poorly made and often leak, meaning even with it closed and my finger over the cap it gets all over me when I shake it. Plus, especially with the almond it often doesnt combine adequately even when I do shake it, so I start to pour, realise it looks wrong and have to shake it even more. I imagine it would be easy to shake it and not notice that it still doesnt look right.

That being said, none of that is the customer's problem. Absolutely ask for a remake. This is an easy remake too so it really should be nbd.

Maybe you can specify “please shake the almond milk” if you can add notes?
