it probably just depends on the SM or whoever is shift at that time. I know there are some in my store that will just do whatever a customer wants to keep them happy and not have to deal with attitude, and then there are others that will "go by the book" and say that they can't do things due to policy or standards even though most of the baristas here don't understand what the standards are. (none of us are ever trained properly, and every keyholder runs the place differently here; there is no standard in our store. borrowed partners/managers will lose their minds every time they come to help because everyone does things differently here and no one is ever sure what to do. there are some partners that still make every drink wrong or have never once been on bar more than five minutes in almost six or more months)
