Issues with MyPartner Info? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m trying to get my partner card number etc from my partner info (to get that discount ya know what I meann and just to set it up) but it says MyPartnerInfo is not available? Does it say this for any of you all?
Is the password for My partner the same as the global one? I am the greenest bean and need some help LOL
Edit: And if I can’t get the online info can I just show my paper temporary card at a Starbucks location?

On the work computer you can go to the my partner info page and setup a password at the bottom of the page it should ask if you are “new”

They have scheduled maintenance periods, try again during the middle of the day, and make sure you set up a new password using the forgot password thing. Also yes u can use he paper temporary one but you could also just tell them ur numbers

It is not the same password, you have to set it up separately. There should be a link for forgotten passwords.

Also, you can get your discount with just your partner number, the MPI card info is to out it on your app and earn the stars.

Yeah, I wanted to try and put it on the app. I also tried to do the forgot password thing and that isn’t working for some reason. But if I end up going to a Starbucks for leisure instead of work I’ll just bring the crappy paper card with my number on it lol

Are you super new? If you did your paperwork with in the past couple days you might not be 100% in the system yet.

i printed out my paystubs from mypartnerinfo a couple days ago and it had a little notification saying that the site would be closed for a couple of days for maintenance. i believe this was on Thursday, i believe it said it would be down until Sunday. hope this helps!
