This post doesn’t really have a point I just had my little development meeting thing today and it reminds me how much I love my SM. I’ve never felt more comfortable and happy in a job, I love my team and my shifts and how our store works and I know none of it would be possible without our SM. I hope you all have teams and managers as great as mine 💫

This makes me so happy! After following this sub for a few months I’ve realized how lucky I am to have a really great SM as well as an awesome SSV team.
