This elderly man came thru drive asking for a “decaf” so my 17 year old barista asked the dreaded clarifying question “a decaffff...latte?” “NO! A DECAF!!”....”ummm so a decaf, like, americano?” “Jesus Christ how fucking dumb are you? What do they teach you kids these days?! It’s not rocket fucking/“ this is where I interject with the assertive I’ve been doing this for waayyyy too long and your a dick customer service voice “sir we offer many decaf options you will simply have to be more specific on the type of beverage you prefer and while you think about that I would like to remind you we will not accept that kind of language or treatment of our partners and can refuse you service” he shut up he ordered his decaf drip coffee and then the next day his wife made him apologize 🤣😂 I’ve never been so close to giving a bad customer regular before (ya know cause normally I would slip them decaf hahahah) grumpy old men are Karen’s.

Correct, a man was very mad someone filled his pike too full. In fact he says that this is such a problem & we are all to oblivious to figure it out.
