so i’ve been with sbux for the past 2 years and a shift for the last 9 months. during my time, i didn’t set boundaries with my SM (basically never saying no to her or any request she had), but recently i got a second job which limited my availability and i could obviously tell she didn’t like that.

because i got a new job, my availability changed from always being open to being more limited. i put the availability request in a month and a half ago and even though she never approved it, i would get scheduled the hours that i could work. then today i look at the schedule and my request expired so she took the liberty of scheduling me according to the old availability.

this isn’t the first time she’s disrespected my preferences like this and completely disregarded the fact i have a second job. i honestly don’t know what to do at this point. i love working at sbux so much, but it’s getting exhausting. any advice ???

TL;DR: my SM refuses to respect my preferences and idk what to do.
