Hmm 🤔 I know blending cake pops and biscottis is not acceptable. This seems like someone may get away with it because it’s not a “pastry” item its a side item. I don’t see how the cream cheese would “break” the blender but why not just use heavy cream and sweetener?
Do y’all remember the fruit cake Frappuccino? Where Starbucks created this holiday recipe by blending the OATMEAL DRIED FRUIT?!! Starbucks supports this nonsense.
Also, I would still refuse to make this drink. I would offer heavy cream or whip cream blended in.

I can see it being a problem cause cream cheese, in my experience at home, sticks to the inside of the blender and it would have to get properly cleaned before being used again.
