You did the right thing. NEVER open the door or window once you’re locked up for the night. That’s just asking for trouble/robbery.

i also want to add, it was an iced coffee made with half and half that i guess he wanted made with 2%. in the heat of the moment i didnt even tell him that we had already poured out all of the iced coffee because i was too flustered from being yelled and sworn at by a middle aged man. i dont think telling him that would have done much of a difference though.
