Question About The Application Process (self.starbucksbaristas)

I've just applied to multiple Starbucks locations. Each time they tell me that my application has been accepted, it will remain active for 60 days, etc ,etc. However, I haven't received a confirmation email from all the places that I've applied.
Should I be concerned about this?

I dont think you get a confirmation email. You just have to wait for a call or you can go in and speak with the managers if you like about if they are indeed hiring. Applications are always open due to turn over

The only reason I'm concerned is because I received a confirmation email from some locations that I applied to, but not all of them

Every manager I've met has said to apply online and also bring a physical copy of your resume to the store. If they aren't actively looking for new hires, they might not check to see if anyone has applied online. Go in and introduce yourself! Let them know you applied:)

Oh wow! That's the opposite of my last job. Once you applied they didn't want you to go in and "bother" them. If they were interested in your application, they would call you. It will be difficult to change that mindset
