When you work hard for your money, you question if others deserve it. Its a good financial question tbh

I work part time, mostly for the bennefits (just staying at that 20 hour mark). When I put it all together the pay rate is close to $40/hour fully loaded. I know it isn't great base pay, and I feel for people that it is the only source of income for, but compared to everything else out there at the same level Starbucks is miles ahead in how they treat their employees.
