So I got hired about 2 months ago in a terrible division, I was hired as a shift and then my SM changed me to barista and adjusted my pay after I accepted my offer, I was upset but I just went along with it because I already went thru training. So now I just moved to a different city and put in a TRF and was waiting for my transfer and my manager fired me because I transferred before 60 days. She is terrible and judged me so hard but never worked with me. I don’t know what to do because I really need this job, the DM wasn’t helpful at all and Corporate told me I had to go through the DM before they could do anything.

Did you call PRSC? They will help you, open a case give you the CASE NUMBER, request from them a corrective action and separation appeal, they will email it to you from PRSC (and then they will tell you to contact your DM, or ask you if you have contacted your DM yet). I hope this helps. A good time to call is in the AM.
