I'm all for initiatives like this but I agree. Would be nice to get better pay or treatment.

everytime I see someone posting here complaining about how they get 25 hours a week and pick up another 20 because they need the money I think they need a better wage and benefits not to throw away their time

Exactly, a majority of people at every store I’ve worked at is college aged. It’s stressful to have to pick up all these hours to survive and still have to do school work. Every partner deserves a livable wage.
