We just got our ACTUAL caramel drizzle at our store today so all those grumpy customers who refused anything with caramel drizzle in it because we only had dark caramel are finally ok now :) got to love it

Technically we aren’t supposed to blend food in them. We have one guy who orders a hot coffee and asks for a pack of butter to be blended into it. My manager lets him do this, so we use the cold foam pitcher and essentially give him the stink eye while we go sanitize it in the back

what is caramel sauce?? i thought it was the dark caramel, but we never have the “dark caramel”. we get caramel syrup and caramel drizzle so it can’t be those

Caramel sauce is the caramel drizzle. Dark caramel is the caramel used in the caramel ribbon crunch frap.

just dark caramel. it says it on the cup. but sometimes we get requests for regular caramel sauce too, so idk what that's about
