This morning at 6 am: venti iced coffee 10 raw sugar extra ice extra heavy cream light 2%. I stg there was basically no coffee in the damn drink

that reminds me that today this old guy asked for a venti pike with cream and sugar so i asked “do you want just one packet of sugar?” and he replied SO nervously and quietly “actually i would like 10 please” 😭 he sounded so ashamed to be putting 10 sugars in his coffee it was so funny but he was so sweet and i hope he didn’t feel like i was judging him (i wasn’t)

that’s exactly why i was so weirded out omg it’s also such a waste of money to get a venti because you’re paying for three shots and only getting one ???? like bestie just get a tall 😐 or get nothing at all because you clearly don’t like coffee 😀

Just the other week I had an order for an iced white mocha with 12 pumps of WM and 12 pumps of cinnamon dolce. 8 pumps is excusable.

i could understand the 8 pumps if she didn’t get just a single shot instead of three 😭 24 pumps in that white mocha however..... really cannot be excused under any circumstances whatsoever omg

no my coworker on reg messed it up but it was supposed to be iced :/
