You should be fine to apply again. Make sure you apply online and being your CV in person, introduce yourself and let them know you've applied online as well. If there's a tasting during the interview, choose a coffee based drink off the menu. Whatever they ask, they're trying to get to know you. Answer their questions but always add on personal details and make it more of a conversation, less question and answer. Come with your own questions, about the work environment and the hours, the companies goals, what is a day working here generally like?
I hope you get the job:) but keep in mind that starbucks employees have been going through some rougher times, make sure you're ready to step into this!

Over the last three years I probably applied maybe 6 or 7 times to different Starbucks. One time at the beginning of last year I got a callback but had already accepted a job elsewhere. A year later I moved and applied to a couple Starbucks in my area and got hired in February.
I had applied multiple times over the course of two years with no replies back, but it didn’t seem to hurt my chances when the stores were actually hiring.

This was a life saver. It allows you to go into Sbux knowing what they want you to know about them
