I havent used it yet, but based on the training video and seeing it BOH it just seems like a bad idea to go from a simple, easy to use and clean design with 2 pieces to a system with what? Ten pieces? Seems like a lot more opportunity for breakage.

I mean it's theoretically cool but I just foresee issues.

It is very hard space-wise, we end up carrying 3.5L of water, 4 times per cold brewer, for 4 cold brewers, all throughout our chaotic store. The grounds holder that needs to be dumped before cleaning is also bigger than the trash can lids we have so every single time, grounds end up on the floor. It also will pull water immediately if you hold the button for too long so be careful. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk aka I had a confusing close last night. Any tips gladly appreciated because this was only our first night going the whole process so I know I'm probably missing useful info!!
