Can you talk to your dm? Or maybe call the ethics and compliance number for your area? Partners in my store have been getting cat pay even if they were only exposed and are waiting for test results

We just have it posted on a fridge in our store, maybe pcc can give you the number? Or someone in your store could check for you to see if it’s posted anywhere

I’m under the impression that you get paid catastrophe pay for 10 days of isolation as long as you are exposed by or caught covid from a positive case at work.

They only pay you cat pay if it’s “caught” through the work environment. If you happen to tell your manager that you got it from your household then cat pay does not apply.

Hmm, I got cat pay even though I caught COVID outside of Starbucks. My SM is a saint though so that might explain it

It also depends what state you reside in, for example I live in Cali. The state offers 80hours outside of Starbucks pay for those who deal with Covid related isolations. We need a little more information from op to see what specifics they’re dealing with!
