I work at a corporate store and we just got oat milk back after it being out for AWHILE. Honestly half of the time customers understand if you explain that it’s a production issue, the ones who get upset for no reason you just have to shrug off and take it with a grain of salt. It’s not your fault you’re out of oatmilk and they need to just understand that.
