fellow baristas, i make about 15 bucks an hour right now and have been with the company for almost two years. if I move somewhere where the minimum wage is lower than where I live now, will my wages change on the place where I can view my paystubs?

I moved and had to take a pay cut. I kept my bonuses, but they were added to the local minimum wage which was several dollars an hour less than my former city 😞

It's mostly up to the management I've moved stores a few times and my wages didn't change but it will be a conversation between you and your new store manager. Just hold your ground and you should keep yo money bb!! 💰

i moved from texas to wyoming and they cut my pay $2 so yes they will
