No, all the ingredients are theoretically keto, from my understanding of the diet (I am NOT a nutritionist of any sort lol). But, these fad dieters take it to such an extreme amount that there’s no way it can be healthy. I have a very rudimentary understanding of nutrition, but also I can’t wrap my mind around the fact somehow 12 oz of heavy cream and an insane amount of sugar free syrup and sweetener packets is somehow healthy.

Actually it tastes exactly like a parfait, granola and all. I'd say try one! You only need a splash of heavy cream. And black tea + peach juice + heavy cream + vanilla = peach cobbler a la mode.
