I am so tired of people yelling at me through the drive through window or speaker about being out of strawberry acai again. I'm just sitting here like "I JUST WORK HERE" but people seem to think customer service workers don't have emotions I suppose. I even had someone get mad at me about us running out of stoppers yesterday 😂

We always laugh at these people. Cuz you know they're going to the next starbucks in town and right now we're all out of just about the same things. So good luck.

The oatmilk shortage and the strawberry acai shortage has been making our customers do the same. If they get mouthy, I've started telling them there is a national shortage, I have no control over it, I just work here. Something along the lines of any of that depending how cranky they are being.
What was bad was last weekend when we only got like a third of our breakfast sandwich order from Friday-Monday. "It's 9 am, how are you out of your breakfast sandwiches?" ...We didn't get them? I mean I dunno what to tell you.

It3s the lack of drizzle thats making our customer leave and it's started to make me laugh because there another store relatively close that some of them will go to and I'm just thinking "hun they're out too"
