Glitch in Rewards (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi,
I’m a 288**** partner and I’m pretty tech savvy person, currently being recruited for product design at corporate (at 18 might I add 🙈) and I just discovered a glitch within the new rewards system and I don’t know what I should do?
Like is there a chain of command for quality assurance or something? Any experienced partners out there got any advice as I’m technically still a green bean in my eyes.

You could probably use the knowledge of this glitch in your recruitment to be honest. You could possibly email the person recruiting you for product design. Also if you get into a position for the merch designs in the US can you please help us get some cuter stuff?? I'm tired of always being jealous of the Sakura collection in japan and this years spring and summer launches in Korea and Thailand

I emailed the CTO of Starbucks and got a reply within a few days, followed by some recruiters being CC’d within the email. Try contacting your DM or SM though, it might be easier. I only did it my way because I don’t have high morale in my store.
