My store's been out of caramel sauce for weeks (both reg and dark) and all we have is syrup. We haven't had brown sugar OR oatmilk in a week or two, and every day at least 10 people ask for Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. It's hell. Not to mention our clientele is very entitled as we are in a bougie area, and they pitch a fit and raise their voices at us.

Really, wtf is going on with the inventory? Why is everybody out of everything all of a sudden?

we’re out of caramel drizzle too ! :( and a lot of food items and were about to be out of the non dairy milks too:( it’s been literal hell especially the amount of cold bar drinks I’ve been making for weeks now since it’s starting to get hot in my area 😭

We've been getting away with using dark caramel as drizzle 😂 doesn't work entirely but it passes for our 1,000,000 customers that get caramel macchiatos 😂

The worst part is we as workers get dragged for it like we keep it from them

Honestly I think the stock is low due to the fact there’s a lot of staffing issues at fulfillment centers and other COVID issues.

We are out of lemonade, oat milk, warming paper (using cookie paper) coconut milk, cinnamon dolce, classic, raw sugar, blackberries, grande/venti lids, stoppers, honey blend, pumpkin bread, lemon loaf, cookies, butter croissants, chocolate croissants. When I left yesterday we were low on vanilla, peppermint, napkins and sugar. Not sure if we are out or will be soon lol

Out of toffee nut, brown sugar syrup, raspberry syrup, and peach. Not as bad as it could be but I’m gonna lose it if another person yells at me about “YOU’VE BEEN OUT OF X, Y, and Z FOR SO LONG YOU’RE LYING!”
