Let me just start off by saying I currently work at chipotle and it’s a shit show right now so I’m looking for anything else so please don’t hold back.
How is it working at Starbucks? I really wanna leave my current job bc of management and I’ve never worked with coffee before. I wanna know if it would be worth it to leave a manager position at Chipotle for Starbucks.

It depends on the location - my store is a mess and I’m about to quit. But I guess there’s probably stores that aren’t- maybe...

It’s tough and depends on the store I work at the busiest and most strict store in my district and it can be utter hell my recommendation is go in too a starbucks during a rush and see how stressed they are and pick the one that seems the less stressed. Once u learn that there are like only two types of drinks (latte and non latte) it gets easier except for Frappuccino’s. They have some good benifits if u need them just google it idk them all cause I still live with my parents

Starbucks is a pretty good job but can be stressful when its busy. If you arent concerned about the pay go for it. But it will probs be just above minimum unless you apply as a supervisor.
