i have my PDC (virtually) today with my store manager, and i’m terrified. what should i talk about? what questions are they going to ask? what do they want to hear?? HELP

He/she is going to be doing most of the talking about how our company is working on being more diverse and all that. I honestly use mine to ask for raises usually if I feel I have earned it. But most people especially new partners should just be talking about their growth.
