If you’re up for a question: how has it changed over 9 years? We’re all impacted by insatiable customer demand in the face of product and labor shortage, certain entitled and coddled rude customers but I was thinking this situation is not new. I also think the menu is a bit too big and complex, not to mention over-the-top customization. Maybe that’s new.
