Store not answering (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey! So I’ll be moving off to college soon and I was really hoping to stay with the company through my study, but the only store near my college is not answering their phone. I’ve emailed the manager and continued to call the store numerous times but have received no response for weeks. I’m not sure what to do. There aren’t any other Starbucks near the college I’ll be attending. Could I call PCC for this or is there anyone to call? I need to DM and SM’s full names to submit my transfer request.

I would try calling on a Monday when the sm is doing admin stuff.

Your district manager should be able to find out and contact the district manager of that store. Your store manager can also find out the store number through location lookup on the Hub. That would also tell them the store manager’s name.
