Hey everyone,
So I just got offered a job at Starbucks and was wondering what the uniform policy was like? Everytime I go to a starbucks it looks like everyone wears dark colors all black, navy, grey, etc. I see people wearing flannels and sweaters but was curious is the uniform really enforced? I just got some plain black t shirts but I came across this pamphlet from google about the starbucks uniform policy that says no t shirts? lol Im just curious so I can order some more stuff online

You can wear color code approved t shirts, the code was updated a little while back

if you’re ordering from coffeegear the item will have a symbol of what’s dress code approved. also it depends on your store manager too so ask them what’s allowed/not.

That is the updated version. Idk where you saw “no tshirts”. You can’t wear graphic tshirts, but plain ones or ones with small prints are fine.

Ok cool! It says it under the shirts that aren’t acceptable but if the employees are able to wear them than I should be fine! Thank you!!!!!!
