I was told another coworker had a lot to say about me. Sadly I caught covid (DURING A FREAKIN PANDEMIC) and she said I screwed everyone over during a zoom meeting with our store, cause we had to quarantine our store due to exposure. It’s not supposed to be known I was the sick one but she figured it out. I felt terribly guilty already and her comment wasn’t needed. She told the coworker who is also my friend that she didn’t like me as a person even tho she has bullied me since the first day I started working and never actually speaks to me. Two of my shifts have had or speak to her about how she treats me. She says I make too many mistakes and don’t take my job seriously enough. When she barely works with me , makes plenty of mistakes herself and I take my job seriously enough considering we are serving lattes not saving lives. I’m infuriated because I shouldn’t have to work with someone who has absolutely no respect for me and gives me extreme anxiety as I know she watches my every move waiting for me to slip up and treats me like I’m the gum underneath her shoe.
