Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that... I wish I could offer advice but I'm also a green bean (today marks the start of my second week). I'd honestly see if you could call the district manager or HR or something... I think you said kiosk (unless that's another post that I'm flashing back to)? I'm not sure if they work the same as standalone Starbucks or not... if they do, then you should have the Starbucks handbook and there should be a number in there to call... good luck and stay strong!
