Hello! I am a green bean here, two months in. As much as I find myself complaining about working at an understaffed high volume store, I honestly love my job. I’ve always liked coffee, but now I really do just love being a barista and making coffee.
I’m asking if anyone had advice for making a good pour over. I’m not so much talking about in store but at home. My husband and I drink a lot of coffee and mostly use our French press, but I wanted to start doing pour overs at home to try and bring out some different aspects of our coffee at home. If anyone has any advice on making good coffee at home please let me know! Thanks guys!
